All designs, photos, brochures, web & other promotional materials by Candles For Occasions are covered by copyright and remain the property of Candles For Occasions and may not be copied under any circumstance. All rights reserved. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current Irish law.
We recognise that privacy is very important. Please be assured that any contact information that you submit will be held in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell or otherwise disclose any of your contact information to any third party except for the sole purpose of processing & delivering your order.

The Small Print
Product Photos
Photos of your personalised items may be used for advertising purposes AFTER the date of your occasion has passed. If you do not agree to this, please e-mail info@candlesforoccasions.com to let us know and we will refrain from using your items for advertisement. However, we will never show photos that have been printed on candles without your prior consent, and never show photos that have been printed on memorial/remembrance items due to the sensitive nature of the item.
Proofs
Design proofs provide clients with an opportunity to identify printable errors prior to the start of production. It is the clients responsibility to carefully review all proofs and identify mistakes made by either the client or designer. No refunds will be given for printed errors after a design proof is approved.
Printed Colours
Colour display varies among computer hardware, therefore actual colour may appear different to your monitor. While every effort will be made to match your requested colour, we cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies. If you are concerned about colour matching, we encourage you to request a sample swatch prior to placing your order. There may be a fee involved depending on the product/weight and if delivery is required.

Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries
All orders are dispatched using either AnPost or Fastway (depending on parcel weight & destination). You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched. Whilst both companies usually deliver within 2 working days, we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe as we have no control once the parcel is handed over. Unfortunately, delays may happen from time to time, especially at Christmas. We cannot be held responsible for late/delayed parcels.
Returns
As all items are made to order, refunds or replacements are not available. In case of error on our part, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Please check your purchase immediately upon receipt. Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours.
